The Cancer Support Ministry was created to provide unwavering support to church members, their families and others who are cancer survivors or currently cancer victims.  This ministry is committed to educating the congregation in a variety of ways on cancer prevention, counseling, support groups, and other resources that are available, to assist those impacted by this deadly disease.  The Cancer Support Ministry will take opportunities to share their personal testimonies with others regarding God’s remarkable healing power through spiritual fellowship and communion with Him.

Goals

• Identify persons and/or their family members who are cancer survivors or suffers to meet them at their need.

• Orchestrate prayer through the appropriate ministries for those who need prayer in intercession and in person.

• Provide updated material / publications to educate the congregation on the latest information regarding cancer treatment and prevention.

• Incorporate Godly principles while interacting with those impacted in some way by the cancer disease.
