Mission

To provide means whereby Shaw Temple A.M.E. Zion Church and its constituents can spread the Word of God via multimedia, broadcasting, and public awareness. Our purpose is to keep the congregation abreast of church affairs/events and create a presence in the community.

    Vision

  • Lead individuals to Christ

  • Promote Shaw Temple ministries and church activities/events

  • Keep the membership abreast of church business

  • Utilize “The Voice” of Shaw Temple as a means of evangelism and information media

  • Improve communication within the church and from the church to the membership

    Methodology

    The publicity ministry strives to create venues of communication. Through The Voice (Shaw Temple's Newsletter) we work to provide a medium to the membership, a mode of communication from church leadership to the congregation, fellowship to the community, and historical perspectives.

Meeting Dates and Times
1st Wednesday of every month at the church, 7:00 PM at the church
